So that we can ensure a well-planned and executed experience for all our participants, we have two options available:
- Join us for the entire trip.
- Attend only the 400 Year Lunch Celebration at Plimouth on Thursday, May 2 (travel and accommodations on your own).
The Lake Nona Wave Hotel is just minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Uber, Lyft, and Taxi transport is readily available. We recommend reserving journeys ahead of time to avoid any waiting.
Yes! The guest fee for bringing someone with you who will share your same guest room is $6500. When registering, be sure to use the "add another person" feature to register and pay for your guest.
Your registration includes the following:
- Hotel room and tax accommodations
- Transportation between cities
- Ranch tours and meals as indicated on the AGENDA page (subject to change)
- Staffing, coordination, and gratuities
Not Included:
- Flights
- Airport Transfers
- Hotel Incidentals
- Meals not included on the AGENDA page
We will travel in Coach buses that are equipped with bathrooms.
- 60 days or more prior to the trip = Full Refund
- 31 - 60 days prior to the trip = 50% Refund
- 30 days or less prior to the trip = No Refund
